Are you a platform company or a consultancy?+
A platform company. AyattAI's revenue is recurring subscription against digital employees running in production, and services are held deliberately below a quarter of the total. The three services exist because software alone does not change how an organization works: someone has to decide which work should become an agent, redesign the process around a mixed team, and train the people who will manage it. Those engagements are scoped to finish. The platform is what you are left holding, and it is what you keep paying for.
What is AyattAI?+
AyattAI is an enterprise agentic AI platform. It deploys cross-functional AI agents across CXO roles and business value streams, connecting goals, tasks, data, and decisions so AI agents collaborate and deliver measurable business outcomes.
What does āyatt mean?+
Āyatt is derived from the Sanskrit word Svāyatt, meaning self-governing, autonomous, and independent. Pronounced eye-uht, it embodies AyattAI's vision of AI systems that act with intelligence and autonomy while remaining under human supervision and governance.
What is the difference between Helm and Flow?+
Helm is the agent platform. Flow is the workflow orchestration engine inside Helm. Helm holds the agents, organized by role, one per function such as HR, Legal, Finance or Operations. Flow does not have agents of its own; it sequences Helm's agents into end-to-end value streams like Hire to Retire, Order to Cash and Procure to Pay, with human approval gates where they matter. The same HR agent that answers an employee question is the one Flow calls in step two of Hire to Retire.
What are Data Prism and Strata?+
They are AyattAI's other three platforms. Data Prism is the data lake and semantic layer. It turns scattered enterprise records into business meaning that agents can reason over, through semantic models, a business ontology, a knowledge graph and source mapping. Strata is the machine learning layer, adding forecasting, anomaly detection, segmentation and recommendation on top of that understanding. Helm runs the agents; Data Prism gives them meaning; Strata gives them foresight.
What is Matrix, the Digital Chief of Staff?+
A Digital Chief of Staff is an AI agent that continuously observes the entire enterprise, monitors health signals across every function, surfaces risks and priorities to leadership, and coordinates cross-functional action without waiting to be asked. AyattAI Matrix is the first enterprise Digital Chief of Staff.
How long does it take to deploy AyattAI?+
Twelve weeks is what we commit to for a first digital employee working in production on a real process, and it is what our automotive deployment actually took. Simpler scopes finish sooner: a single agent against a clean data source can be live in four to six weeks. Larger scopes take longer, and we tell you before you sign rather than after. The variable is almost never the model. It is how many systems have to be reconciled and how ready the data inside them is, which is exactly what the strategy phase establishes before anything is committed.
Who is AyattAI designed for?+
AyattAI is designed for mid-market and enterprise organizations ready to move beyond AI tools and deploy AI as an operating layer, particularly those with complex cross-functional operations, multiple CXO roles, and established enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, and HRIS.
